Akkineni Nagarjuna has been an Indian performer, film producer, and businessman who primarily works in the Telugu movie industry. In addition to the Telugu film industry, he also used to be a part of the Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam as well as Hindi movie industries. His debut film was Vikram in the role of Vikram in 1986. His debut Hindi film is Iddaru Iddare in the role of Ravi during the year of 1990. Then, he released his debut Tamil film named Ratchagan in the year 1997. Ajay in 1997. As a producer, he produced his debut film Kalyani in 1979. Nagarjuna’s part as a character in the Ghost film was praised by the general public and garnered favorable critiques from the critics. The Ghost trailer for the film has received more than 39 lakh views in less than 24 hours.

Nagarjuna’s wives have two names: Daggubati Lakshmi Rajanaidu as well as Amala Akkineni. Daggubati Lakshmi RAMANAIDU is his wife of first marriage who belongs to the Daggubati family they have a daughter named D. He began an acting career period of 1967 as a young actor in the film Sudigundalu which was directed by the legendary Adurthi Subbarao. In the following year, he made his debut in the film Vikram as the main character, directed by Madhusudhana Rao in the year of 1986. He then appeared in films like Majnu which was written by Dasari Narayana Rao. the film received a positive review due to his performances. In 1988, he was in the blockbuster film Aakhari, a film which was directed by Sridevi and Suhasini directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. He also appeared in the film Geetanjali helmed by Manirathnam and the film was awarded the National Film Award for the best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment in the year 1990. Following its success Geetanjali instantly, watched another film that was a huge success named Siva produced by Bollywood director Ram Gopal Varma.

In 1994, he appeared in an bilingual Hindi-Telugu film Criminal which was directed by Mahesh Bhatt. The same year, the actor starred in and produced a film titled Ninne Pelladata produced by Krishna Vamsi. This film won an award called the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu and the Filmfare Award for Best Film – Telugu. In 1997, he released his first Tamil film, called Ratchagan. In the years following the actor appeared in a variety of Tamil, Hindi and Telugu films and garnered a massive applause from the public. As producer, he created his first television show Yuva in 2009. In addition, he is the principal shareholder of the television channel Maa TV. In 2013, the co-ownership was announced of Mumbai Masters of the Indian Badminton League alongside Sunil Gavaskar and Mahi Racing Team India along Mahendra Singh Dhoni. In the present, he is a supporter of Kalyan Jewellers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Akkineni Nagarjuna as well as his spouse Amala are co-founders of Blue Cross of Hyderabad, which is a registered association acknowledged as a registered society by the Animal Welfare Board of India. In the year 2010 he was the star of an HIV/AIDS animated software tutorial that was created for TeachAIDS the non-profit established by Stanford University.
