Her acting debut came in the Bengali film Ami Aadu and her debut Malayalam film was Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi. She made her debut on a Bengali television show called Dadagiri Unlimited which was aired by Zee Bangla. The pictures showing Ena carrying her National Flag went viral on the internet. Ena shared photos of her making her own National Flag with wishing everyone on the 75th Independence Day. The film Daktar Kaku is one of the most sought-after Bengali films in 2022.
